Dr. Mercola opened the doors to his clinic in 1985. From there, it evolved into the Mercola Group -- a set of 3 individual companies that are seeking to change the current health paradigm.
The Mercola group consists of: Mercola.com, which publishes a natural health newsletter, with over 1.4 million subscribers. The newsletter is published three times a week and allows Dr. Mercola to share his wealth of natural health tips, gained from many years of private clinical practice and decades of cutting edge research. Mercola Healthy Resources is an online e-Store that gives millions of people access to the highest grade of supplements and other healthy life style support products on the market. The third component of the Mercola group is Dr. Mercola's new Natural Health Center. The center helps hundreds of patients each month take control of their health.

Writer, Copy
Focus on brochures, sales copy. Writer to create approx. 2000 word sales letters for various health and self-improvement products and nutritional supplements to be sold primarily over the internet; each sales letter will be created by a specific process; must be aware of FDA regulations regarding making structure/function claims.

Writer, International
Outside USA, must translate into native language and be sure the translation matches the overall spirit of the message, ensuring the content and medical connection are correct.
Background reqs: English Australia and UK, German, Swedish, Chinese, and Italian.

Customer Service Rep
Take telephone orders, listen to and resolve customer issues, and answer customer questions via telephone, email and company online chat. Candidate must be friendly, outgoing, punctual, and must be able to multitask and think outside the box.
Background reqs: Experience in customer service field.
