We offer a wide-range of pre-selected products that are available for autoship. You can view this list by clicking the Autoship tab.

4. How do I Create a Preferred Autoship Order?
 

Creating an Autoship Order is Easy.

To view a complete list of products available for automatic shipment click the Autoship tab.

1. Click the "Create an Autoship Order Now" button. (This button is avalible in the Autoship tab or in your shopping cart.)
   
    
2. Login to your account or create a new account if you do not have one.
   
    
3. Add Autoship Products to your cart. When you complete your order click continue and schedule your order.
   
    
4. Verify your shipping and payment information
   
    
5. Confirm and submit your order

If you would like to convert your order back to a regular order during this process simply click the "Cancel Autoship" button

5. How do I qualify for the Preferred Autoship Program?

1. You must have an account at shop.mercola.com in order to create and manage your Preferred Autoship Orders.
   
    
2. You must have a valid Shipping Address in the continental United States.
   
    
3. You must have a valid credit card.
    

6. What are the price benefits of the Preferred Autoship Program?

Once you switch to a Preferred Autoship Order, all autoship orders will be automatically discounted by 10% off the original price. (Example: Item Price - $10.00 Discounted Autoship Price - $9.00)

7. How do I schedule an Preferred Autoship Order?

• Choose the Start Date: The date you want your Autoship Order to start taking place. The start date will default as today's date.
  
   
• Pick the Frequency: How often you would like your order to be placed? (Example: Send a supply of this product every 30 days.)
  
   
• Choose one of the following:
  
  
  • No End Date: You will receive your Preferred Autoship Orders at the frequency you choose unless you decide to cancel.
    
     
  • End After ____ Occurrences: Your Preferred Autoship Order will ship a specified number of times (a number you choose). After the last shipment occurrence you will no longer receive automatic shipments of the order.

8. Can I use a promotional code on a Preferred Autoship order?

No, you are not able to use promotional codes on a Preferred Autoship Order. All Preferred Autoship Orders are automatically discounted at 10% and this discount can not be combined with any other offers.

9. How do I cancel?
